Provided by the present invention are a method and an apparatus to share content between acquaintances using an NFC tag. The NFC tag-based content sharing method according to the present invention includes the steps of: registering information of a first user as a master user for a first tag identifier by responding to the reception of a master user registration request if the master user registration request including the first user information and the first tag identifier is received from a first mobile terminal; receiving second user information and a second tag identifier from a second mobile terminal; and registering the second user information as acquaintance information related to the first user when the second tag identifier is same as the first tag identifier.
