The present invention relates to a sugar-free mixed fruit juice comprising a Schizandra juice and a pear juice from which the astringency is removed and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, relates to a sugar-free mixed fruit juice, which is prepared by mixing a mixed pear juice of Singo pears and Wonang pears in a Schizandra juice from which the astringency is removed. By being prepared by mixing a pear juice of mixed varieties of Singo pears and Wonang pears in a Schizandra-pear juice with enhanced appealability and functionality at a proper ratio, the unsweetened mixed fruit juice in which the astringency is removed of the present invention is suitable for health drinks as extra sugar is not added and can be used as a health functional food of excellent quality which exhibits the flavor and taste of a fresh pear juice while maintaining an antioxidant potential and an antithrombotic activity of Schizandra.
