CULTIVATION METHOD OF HIGH ANTIOXIDANT AND ANTIBIOTIC ENZYME CONTAINING APPLE USING CHAMAECYPARIS OBTUSA EXTRACTS

The present invention relates to a method for cultivating apples containing large amounts of antioxidant and antibacterial ingredients by using a Chamaecyparis extract. The method includes: a Chamaecyparis extract extraction step of obtaining the Chamaecyparis extract by gathering Chamaecyparis branches, putting 10 kg of Chamaecyparis branches into 20 liters of water, boiling the Chamaecyparis branches in the water approximately at 40C for 30 minutes, and removing solid; a Chamaecyparis extract ripening step of mixing 10 liters of a spirit (ethyl alcohol 95%) with 20 liters of the Chamaecyparis extract and then ripening the Chamaecyparis extract in a sealed condition for six months; a foliar fertilizer production step of producing foliar fertilizer by mixing Chamaecyparis essential oil, obtained by putting the ripened Chamaecyparis extract in a concentrator and heating the Chamaecyparis extract at 40C to remove ethyl alcohol, with water and a surfactant; and a foliar fertilizer application step of applying the foliar fertilizer on leaves of apple trees. In the foliar fertilizer production step, 50-300 cc or preferably 200 cc of the Chamaecyparis essential oil is mixed with 10 liters of water and then, 4-20 cc or preferably 5-10 cc, of Cocamidopropyl Betaine which is a vegetable surfactant, and 20-100 g or preferably 40 g of magnesium nitrate are mixed. In the foliar fertilizer application step, the foliar fertilizer is applied to leaves of the apple trees for every seven days in four times per month after apple flowers fall, the apple trees are fertilized until 10 days before harvest of the apples, and the amount of fertilizer application is 100 liters per 1,000 m^2 of an apple tree field for one time application.
