The present invention relates to a functional composition for hangover relief and liver protection, and healthy food and a food additive comprising the same and, more specifically, to a functional composition for hangover relief and liver protection, which exhibits excellent efficacy in relieving a hangover due to drinking alcohol and enhancing liver protection by containing a Hovenia dulcis fruit extract, asparagine, a propolis extract, and whole dandelion juiced powder. The functional composition for hangover relief and liver protection according to the present invention exhibits superior effects in relieving a hangover and degrading alcohol in blood by containing a Hovenia dulcis fruit extract, asparagine and a propolis extract; and relieve hangover; and provides excellent effects in preventing a hangover and protecting liver by containing whole dandelion juiced powder and lactic acid bacteria. In addition, the composition of the present invention gives stability to formulation, due to having an optimal mixed ratio to give stability to formulation, and enhances the effect of liver protection by providing hangover prevention and relief; supplying required nutrients to the liver; improving blood circulation; and ameliorating chronic fatigue relief.
