Disclosed are a 3D real-time virtual stereoscopic studio apparatus which can freely adjust the size and the location of a 3D virtual stereoscopic studio image, and a method for generating a virtual stereoscopic studio image in a 3D real-time virtual stereoscopic studio apparatus. To this end, the apparatus of the present invention comprises a rendering engine unit for three-dimensionally rendering a stereoscopic subject image and a generated 3D image information, composing the same, and then generating a first virtual stereoscopic studio image. The rendering engine unit includes: an actor plate generation unit for generating an actor plate at an arbitrary point where the stereoscopic subject image of the first virtual stereoscopic studio image is to be positioned; an actor image output unit for mapping a video signal of the stereoscopic subject image in the actor plate, and then outputting a second virtual stereoscopic studio image; and a moving image output unit for reducing, enlarging, vertically and horizontally moving, and storing the second virtual stereoscopic studio image by using the 360-degree movement of a virtual camera, and outputting a third virtual stereoscopic studio image which is reduced, enlarged, and vertically and horizontally moved in a real-time format by clicking a corresponding image. Accordingly, the apparatus of the present invention reduces, enlarges, and vertically and horizontally moves the virtual stereoscopic studio image, in real time, which is mapped with a video signal by using the movement (linear movement) of the camera, thereby displaying a realistic virtual image in various shapes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
