Disclosed are a 3D real-time virtual studio device, capable of freely adjusting the size and the position of a 3D virtual studio image, and a method for producing a virtual studio image in the real-time virtual studio device. To this end, the 3D real-time virtual studio device according to the present invention includes a render engine unit to create a first virtual studio image after rendering and synthesizing 3D image information together with a subject image in 3D. The render engine unit includes: an actor plate creating unit to create an actor plate at a predetermined position for the subject image of the first virtual studio image; an actor image outputting unit to output a second virtual studio image after mapping a video signal of the subject image with the actor plate; and a moving image outputting unit to output the third virtual studio image, which has been zoomed out, zoomed in, and moved left and right, in real time as a relevant image is clicked after the second virtual studio image is zoomed in, zoomed out, and moved left and right using a 360-degree camera moving function of the virtual camera. Therefore, according to the present invention, the virtual studio image mapped with the video signal is zoomed out, zoomed in, and moved left and right in real time using the camera moving function (linear moving function), so that various realistic virtual images can be viewed.
