The present invention relates to a traffic violation enforcement notification system and a method thereof. The traffic violation enforcement notification system comprises a fixed CCTV data server (110) which stores illegal parking and stopping enforcement data and speed and signal violation enforcement data collected from a fixed CCTV (101); a movable camera data server (120) which stores illegal parking and stopping enforcement data and speed and signal violation enforcement data collected from a movable camera (102); a data server (130) for an applicant which receives the illegal parking and stopping enforcement data and speed and the signal violation enforcement data stored in the fixed CCTV data server (110) and the movable camera data server (120) through a firewall in real time; a traffic violation enforcement notification management server (140) which extracts a vehicle number and a phone number of a vehicle owner based on applicant information with regard to a vehicle owner of an illegal parking and stopping vehicle or a vehicle owner of a speed and signal violation vehicle delivered through the data server (130) for an applicant; and a management server interworking message server (150) which transmits an illegal parking and stopping warning message or a speed or signal violation message to a mobile communication terminal (170) with the phone number of the vehicle owner delivered from the traffic violation enforcement notification management server (140) by a specific number.
