The present invention relates to method for manufacturing three-dimensional patterns using adhesive material. More specifically, for manufacturing three-dimensional patterns by stacking adhesive material on base material and then surface-molding the same, first of all, a molding sheet composed of a PE (polyethylene) film or a silicon pad is stacked on the layer of adhesive materials and then surface-molded. Even though, hot melt resin of spun thread coated with hot melt resin or TPU thread melts, it is not gummed to a mold. Otherwise, it could make the whole shape of the three-dimensional patterns round and improves the value of product by enhance the expression range and design application.
