ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY COATING PROCESS OF STEEL CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING FOR SUS/AL MULTI COATING COMPOSITION

The present invention relates to an environment-friendly coating process of steel structure and a stainless steel process using a paint composition to improve durability, the process comprising a pre-treatment step of shot blasting to remove impurities and mill scale from the surface of the steel structure including steel in a designated shop having an air discharge facility the installation of which is permitted and thereafter, applying in a sequential order primer coating, an intermediate coating of stainless/aluminum (SUS/AL) multi-coating compound, and a top coating of weather resistance, ammonia-resistance teflon top coating compound and thereafter, packing for ship transportation and export shipping; and a post-process step of carrying in the pre-treated steel and installing thereof on the site, followed by applying several times onto bolted joints and plate assembled areas occurring on the pre-treated steel with a primer coating, SUS/AL multi-coating compound intermediate coating, and weather resistance, ammonia resistance teflon top coating compound top coating in a sequential order.
