The present invention provides Pseudomonas Thailand and cis norbornene SJ9 (Pseudomonas taiwanensisSJ9, KCTC12468BP) strain, this composition lactam ε- caprolactone decomposition comprising as an active ingredient, the decomposition method of the ε- caprolactam using the same. The Pseudomonas taiwanensis SJ9 strain according to the present invention is excellent in the decomposition effect of epsilon -caprolactam, and thus can be usefully used for the purification of wastewater and contaminated land.
