PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for bringing at least one amino acid sequence from antibody isolated from human or animal into correlation with at least one DNA sequence corresponding to an antibody in immune repertoire in human or animal, as well as means for pairing heavy chain and light chain for producing synthesized monoclonal antibody.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for specifying an antibody specific to an immunogenic substance, which comprises the steps of: isolating at least one antibody from blood or tissue obtained from human or animal target; obtaining amino acid sequence of at least one antibody; comparing the amino acid sequence of at least one antibody with sequence database comprising immune repertoire of human or animal target; and cloning and expressing antibody sequence having extended antigen specific clone property so as to create correlation between heavy chain and light chain binding with specificity to at least one target antigen.SELECTED DRAWING: None
