Summary identification of antigen-specific adaptive immune responses using arm-pcr and high performance sequencing A method for correlating at least one amino acid sequence of an antibody isolated from human or animal blood with at least one corresponding DNA sequence is disclosed to the antibody in the human or animal immune repertoire. The method also provides a means for pairing heavy and light chains for the production of synthesized monoclonal antibodies.
