PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an estimation accuracy of propulsion performance of a ship on an actual sea area.;SOLUTION: A ship propulsion performance estimation device 10 includes a theoretical propulsion performance calculation part 20 which calculates theoretical propulsion performance with respect to desirable navigation conditions by using a physical model of a propulsion system of an objective ship, and a correction part 30 which corrects the theoretical propulsion performance by using an ordinary water correction term and a disturbance correction term stored on a correction term data base 40. The ordinary water correction term and the disturbance correction term stored on the correction term data base 40 are derived from navigation actual data by a correction term derivation part 50. The correction term derivation part 50 includes an ordinary water correction term derivation part 53 which derives the ordinary water correction term by using navigation actual data or the like under ordinary conditions and a disturbance correction term derivation part 54 which calculates a disturbance correction term corresponding to disturbance conditions by using the navigation actual data or the like corresponding to respective disturbance conditions.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
