PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifunction electromagnetic on-off valve capable of compactifying a whole device even in a case of combining any of plural pieces of equipment.SOLUTION: On a second side surface 20d, a first cavity part 23 is formed at a position close to a first side surface 20c, and a second cavity part 24 is formed at a position close to a third side surface 20e. On a fourth side surface 20f, a third cavity part communicating with the first cavity part 23 is formed at a position close to the first side surface 20c, and a fourth cavity communicating with the second cavity part 24 is formed at a position close to the third side surface 20e. A manual shut-off valve 30 is mounted in the first cavity part 23, and a cylindrical filter unit 40 is mounted in the third cavity part.
