SHIELDED ELECTRICAL CONTACT IN HIGH EFFICIENT CRYSTALLINE SOLAR BATTERY, DOPING THROUGH PASSIVATION DIELECTRIC LAYER, STRUCTURE OF SOLAR BATTERY, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SOLAR BATTERY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical and controllable technology by which an electrical contact is formed between a conductive layer and a lower substrate via a passivation dielectric layer by utilizing the surface texture together with the passivation dielectric layer, and also to provide structure of a solar battery and a method of forming the same, in which both excellent surface passivation having a low recombination loss required for a high efficient solar battery and the electrical contact are achieved.SOLUTION: A method includes the steps of: providing a textured substrate 13, and a passivation dielectric layer on the textured substrate; and promoting to form a contact controlled to the textured substrate on an upper peak of the textured substrate by prioritizing corrosion of the passivation dielectric layer from the upper peak thereof.
