PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for an operation of opening or closing a lid in setting a bag and/or in taking the bag out after sealing, improve durability by making a lid open-close mechanism simple, and, in a packaging operation, increase efficiency of a setting operation right before sealing a packaging bag or of a taking-out operation after the sealing.;SOLUTION: An apparatus comprises: an open-close mechanism (2) that can open and close on a tabletop of a mounting table (1) so that the closed state catches a bag mouth set on the tabletop; a seal mechanism (4) to perform heat sealing by catching a lower part of the bag mouth in accordance with the opening/closing of the open-close mechanism; and a pair or multiple pairs of opposed magnets to adjust an open-close distance between the mounting table (1) and the open-close mechanism (2) and the adhesion pressure in the closed state. At least one of the opposed magnets has a pole switching mechanism capable of switching magnetic poles. In a state after completion of the heat sealing, the pole switching mechanism makes the opposed magnets into a mutual repulsion state so as to cause the open-close mechanism (2) to transition from the closed state to the open state.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3c;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
