A plastic sheet is formed by the bag and the container and is often used for the product such as the food, the pharmaceutical, the electronic part. The basic feature of the invasion blocking-off of the microorganism, the airtight maintenance (the oxidation, prevention) is required to the packaging. A heat seal technique is used to form at the bag the container. However, the present heat seal technique is managed only by the index of the temperature control by the heating body. It is one with the low reliability to be evaluating by the destruction test of the made product. This report is one about the innovation of the reliability the improvement of the heat seal technique which measures the temperature of the melting surface directly in minute sensor and creates a proper heating condition.
