PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sealing device and a heat sealing method capable of surely heat-sealing even though the feeding speed of a film is increased.;SOLUTION: The heat sealing device includes a pair of heat sealing rolls 10 wherein two rotary bodies 11 having each support 12 capable of rotating around a rotary shaft 11a and at least one heat sealing member 13 formed on the support 12 are arranged so as to make the rotary shafts 11a parallel to each other. The pair of heat sealing rolls 10 is movable in the feeding direction of the film 20 while it rotates rotary body 11 at a rotary speed at which peripheral speed at the outer peripheral surface of the heat sealing member 13 is slower than the feeding speed of the film 20, in a part of time for holding the film 20, including a time for sealing a seal edge among the whole periods for holding the film 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
