The invention relates to a process for preparing a semi-product bradt from pork leg with addition of sea-buckthorn oil, soybean oil and rapeseed oil, meant to be used in the preparation of pasteurized meat products. According to the invention, the process consists in chopping 62...64% pork meat and lard passed through a 3 mm-mesh sieve, then adding 1.15...1.2% salt, ice and further mincing it until a fine paste of 7...8°C is obtained, to which 13...14% mixture of sea-buckthorn oil, soybean oil and rapeseed oil is added, as well as 0.86...0.99% usual functional ingredients, 0.025...0.026% antioxidant mixture, ice.
