[Problem] To propose a food product shaping and wrapping device that facilitates wrapping of a food product using a plastic wrap, a food product shaping and wrapping system and a food product wrapping method using the same. [Solution] This food product shaping and wrapping device for facilitating wrapping of a food product using a plastic wrap is provided with: a base body having a generally rectangular flat shape; a grip section that is provided on one shorter side of the base body and protrudes from the upper face; a plastic wrap pressing section that is provided on the other short side of the base body, curves continuously from the bottom face of the base body, and protrudes in an arc shape from the upper surface; and a food product shaping through hole that is formed in a substantially center part of the base body and surrounded by a wall section that protrudes from the upper face so that when the food product shaping through hole is disposed on a plastic film, a predetermined amount of a food product can be placed therein.
