PRIMER AND POSITIVE CONTROL FOR THE DIAGNOSIS OF THE HEATITIS A VIRUS

The present invention relates to a primer for detecting hepatitis A virus (HAV), which contains one base sequence among 1-14 primer sets. The primer of the present invention can be used in detection of hepatitis A virus from various specimens including a water environmental specimen. Furthermore, development of a positive control group for the developed primer is also possible, and the positive control group is applicable to a detection kit for hepatitis A virus.
