The present invention relates to drosophila Apoliprotein D-GAL4 mutants, double mutants thereof, and a method for producing the same and, more specifically, to drosophila Apo D-GAL4 mutants, drosophila double mutants in which a fluorescent protein gene is overexpressed specifically to Apo D gene expressing tissue, and a method for producing the same. According to the present invention, the drosophila double mutants comprising the mutants expressed specifically in the tissue expressing an Apo D gene, which is produced by isolating a promoter region of the Apo D gene from the drosophila genome, and the mutants overexpressing the fluorescent protein gene at the same time are provided by using a GAL4 system, an expressing system capable of overexpressing gene transcription in specific tissue. The drosophila double mutants can be used as a useful animal model for studies of drosophila gene functions and human degenerative brain disease-related gene functions as well as screening of Apo D-related factors.
