The present invention relates to drosophila D-GAL4 mutants, double mutants and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to drosophila D-GAL4 mutants, drosophila double mutants having an over-expressed fluorescent protein with specificity in ApoD gene expression tissues and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, provided is the drosophila double mutants comprising mutants having the ApoD gene expression tissues with specificity and mutants having an over-expressed fluorescent protein gene manufactured by using a GAL4 system to separate a promoter area of ApoD gene from drosophila genome, wherein the GAL4 system can express gene transcription overly in specific tissues. Drosophila double mutants can screen ApoD-related factors and be used as a useful animal model for research on drosophila′s gene function and gene function of humans with generative brain diseases.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
