The present invention relates to a system for measuring and training brainwaves. The system comprises: a brainwave measuring unit (2) for measuring brainwaves; a calculating unit (3) including a concentration calculating unit (9) for calculating data about time and frequency in a section in which a high peak is exhibited from brainwave waveforms measured from the brainwave measuring unit (2) and a relaxation calculating unit (11) for calculating data about time and frequency in a section in which a low peak is exhibited, calculating concentration and relaxation, and obtaining an actual brainwave pattern (P2); a control unit (5) for calculating a difference point by comparing the actual brainwave pattern (P2) calculated from the calculating unit (3) with a predetermined basic brainwave pattern (P1); and a display unit (7) for displaying a difference between the basic and actual brainwave patterns (P1, P2) transmitted from the control unit (5).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
