Disclosed is a manufacturing method of a urethane foam seat for an automobile with multiple hardnesses. A urethane foam seat for an automobile of the present invention is used for a passenger to sit thereon and has a portion of urethane foam with multiple hardnesses at one side thereof. The width of the portion is 1 mm to 2.5 mm remarkably thinner than 3 mm of an existing urethane foam seat, and thus it is possible to make partition grooves as thin as possible according to a need. To this end, in the present invention, a separator is inputted into a corresponding area of a wooden pattern designed to mold a car seat to make a bottom portion of the separator to be exposed, and the separator is then inputted into a sand box to make a sand shape upper mold so the separator is held in a sand shape upper part when the wooden pattern is removed. Upon the removal of the wooden pattern, a sand external mold and the sand shape upper mold are coupled to form a cavity in a state of that liquid urethane is poured to shape a mold. Therefore, the exposed portion of the separator protrudes from the corresponding area of the mold when the mold is removed. Therefore, in the present invention, partition grooves with required widths are formed by the separator during urethane foaming, so that the widths of the partition grooves can be minimized, wherein the separator can be reduced in thickness. The urethane foam seat for an automobile with multiple hardnesses has an effect of making the appearance of the seat neat and clean as the partition grooves are not exposed outward when the seat cover covers the seat tightly.
