The present invention relates to a method for preparing a Hijikia fusiforme extract comprising the following steps: adding water and an enzyme to Hijikia fusiforme powder; and ultra-high pressure-extracting the same. The method is for preparing a Hijikia fusiforme extract which has enhanced extraction yield of aqueous polysaccharides and antioxidative activities.
