The present invention relates to a chemiresistor gas sensor having a thiol group containing ligand conjugated MoS_2 film, a manufacturing method thereof, and a detection method for various gas molecules using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a chemiresistor gas sensor, a manufacturing method thereof, and a detection method for various gas molecules using the same, wherein the chemiresistor gas sensor comprises: a substrate; a thiol group containing ligand conjugated MoS_2 film or a MoS_2 film laminated on the substrate; and an electrode individually formed in both sides of the film. According to the present invention, sensitivity and accuracy of the gas sensor are very excellent.
