FIELD: biotechnology, molecular biology, medicine, proteins.;SUBSTANCE: invention describes nucleotide sequence encoding new polypeptide (TIE-ligand-4) that relates to the family of TIE-ligands. Fragment of this nucleotide sequence relating to fibrinogen-like domain of new polypeptide is determined. Vectors comprising nucleic acid fragment with sequence encoding TIE-ligand-4 or its fibrinogen-like domain are constructed and used for transformation of host-cells and preparing corresponding recombinant polypeptides. Application of TIE-ligand-4 as component of conjugate with cytotoxic agent and its fibrinogen-like domain for formation of "ligand-body" is proposed.;EFFECT: improved preparing method, valuable biological and medicinal properties of ligand.;14 cl, 10 dwg, 14 ex
