FRAGRANCE COMPOSITION FOR REPRODUCIBLY EXPRESSING FRAGRANCES OF OSMANTHUS ASIATICUS

The present invention relates to a fragrance composition for reproducibly expressing fragrances of Osmanthus asiaticus. More specifically, the fragrance composition has excellent preference by adding 2-phenyl ethyl alcohol in -decalacton, linalool, linalool oxide, benzaldehyde, and nonanal which have been analyzed as fragrant components of Osmanthus asiaticus by an SPME method. The fragrance composition according to the present invention contains 2-phenyl ethyl alcohol along with major components of Osmanthus asiaticus fragrances such as -decalacton, linalool, linalool oxide, benzaldehyde, and nonanal. Accordingly, fragrances of Osmanthus asiaticus can be reproducibly expressed, and preference for fragrances can be improved.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
