The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing dried sweet potato gangjeong comprising a step of mixing 50 to 60 parts by weight of dried sweet potato slices with 25 to 35 parts by weight of nut granules, 10 to 15 parts by weight of dried fruit, and 1 to 5 parts by weight of syrup. By manufacturing the dried sweet potato slices using sweet potato, the present invention has effects of enhancing the palatability of a product, because the chewy texture of the dried sweet potato slices, the sweet and sour taste of the dried fruit, the savory flavor of the nut granules, and the refreshing taste of the fruits coated on the dried sweet potato slices are harmonized. Further, since the dried sweet potato gangjeong manufactured by mixing the dried sweet potato slices, the dried fruit, and the nut granules includes rich minerals, vitamins, and dietary fibers, the dried sweet potato gangjeong is suitable for consumer on diet, children, and the elderly as a snack.
