The present invention relates to a method to extract squalene and farnesol from makgeolli at the same time by using a mixed solvent and, more specifically, relates to a method to extract squalene and farnesol from makgeolli by using a mixed solvent of petroleum ether, chloroform, methanol, and n-butanol as an extraction solvent. The present invention is capable of efficiently extracting farnesol and squalene, contained in makgeolli, by using the solvent extracting method, and easily analyzing the materials at a high collection rate and a low cost as a special extraction tool is not necessary.
