The present invention relates to a method for simultaneously extracting squalene and fenezol from a makgeolil using a mixed solvent, and more particularly, to a method for extracting squalene and phenol from a makgeolli, butanol is used as an extraction solvent. The present invention also provides a method for extracting farnesol or squalene from a makgeolli. By using the solvent extraction method of the present invention, it is possible to efficiently extract farnesol and squalene contained in the makgeolli simultaneously, and it is possible to easily analyze at a high recovery rate at low cost without requiring a special extraction tool .
