The present invention relates to a method for analyzing a bee venom component in livestock by using ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography, comprising the steps of: (1) pretreating a sample by extracting a bee venom component from livestock using distilled water; (2) injecting the extracted sample into ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography; (3) supplying a mixed solvent including the mixture of trifluoroacetic acid, acetonitrile and an aqueous solution to a movable bed; and (4) qualitatively and quantitatively analyzing the bee venom component in the livestock via the absorbance analysis of the ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography. Accordingly, the detection method can determine whether or not bee venom remains in livestock when injected or fed into Korean native cattle, dairy cattle, pigs and chickens, by analyzing the component of bee venom.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
