The present invention relates to a simultaneous analysis method for melittin, apamin and phospholipase A2 in bee venom using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography and, more specifically, to a simultaneous analysis method for melittin, apamin and phospholipase A2 in bee venom through ultra-high performance liquid chromatography of a filtered bee venom solution sample. Conventionally, only a single substance such as melittin has been identified as an indicator substance of bee venom and the experimental results on the quality confirmation of bee venom were not accurate. According to the present invention, in order to analyze the exact content of bee venom, a method for simultaneously analyzing melittin, apamin and phospholipase A2, which are indicator substances in bee venom, is confirmed using single test method. So, bee farms and related companies can reduce costs associated with quality control and analysis of the collection amount of bee venom.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
