The present invention relates to a communication network system for load distribution of a relay communication network in case of a nation disaster. The communication network system comprises: a data concentration unit (300) which has a meter data collection function and is utilized as a relay (220) in case of an emergency; and an intelligent meter reading infrastructure (500) which controls the data concentration unit (300) and facilitates load distribution of packets via an established mesh-network. The present invention provides a solution which can configure and manage a real-time network in a disaster region. Accordingly, the communication network system for load distribution of a relay communication network in case of a nation disaster according to the present invention may provide prominent effects as follows. The communication network system may be utilized as a relay system in preparation for call congestion in case of a national emergency and a disaster, may perform a meter data collection function at normal times, may serve as an emergency substitution for an LTE LAN (200), such as a base station (210), a relay (220), and the like, according to an installation type in an PS-LTE (400) in case of an emergency, may secure stability of communication traffic using the data concentration unit (300), may reduce installation costs of a national project for the PS-LTE (400), and may enable a control tower (600) to perform integrated operation and centralized control and of a backbone network in real time in case of the national disaster.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
