According to the present invention, a board game teaching aid for study of Chinese characters allows a user to selectively confirm Chinese cards on which Chinese characters forming any Chinese character idiom, to record the confirmed Chinese cards, and to confirm and study the sound and meaning of a searched Chinese character idiom. Further, Juryeonggu (a cuboctahedral die) game can be replaced with Juryeonggu on which different Chinese characters are printed on each surface thereof to adjust the difficulty of a board game for study of Chinese characters. Further, a Chinese character printed on each surface of Juryeonggu or guide cards on which the sound and meaning of Chinese character idioms are printed may allow a participant to study Chinese characters or Chinese character idioms that the participant does not know, thus obtaining a high level of learning effect. Further, reading, writing, speaking, and listening methods may allow the participant to study Chinese characters or Chinese character idioms, thus obtaining a high level of learning effect.
