摘要

The present invention relates to a urate oxidase which is site-specifically connected with albumin, and a method for site-specifically connecting albumin to protein. Replacement of a tryptophan residue on the urate oxidase to an unnatural amino acid followed by site-specific conjugation of albumin thereto brings an increase in the half life of urate oxidase while the in-vivo activity thereof is maintained. Therefore, the use of the method for conjugating albumin to therapeutic protein can effectively increase the half life of the therapeutic protein which is hardly connected to albumin.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
