Disclosed are a system for learning a foreign language based on learner log information and a method for generating foreign language learning information which can increase familiarity of learning a foreign language. According to the present invention, the system for learning a foreign language using personal life information of a learner comprises: a plurality of SNS servers in which personal life information of an individual is registered and stored; a learner terminal to request foreign language learning and receive learning information based on a personal information search agreement from the SNS servers; a learning server to respond to a learning request from a learner terminal to instruct log information collection in a social network for a corresponding learner, extract a life word for each category based on collected log information and corresponding photograph information, then change a word applied to previously registered foreign language sentence information to the extracted life word, and adds the corresponding photograph information to provide the learner terminal with the life word and the photograph information in a prescribed format; and a log collection server to collect the log information of the individual from the SNS servers according to a request of the learning server.
