ADAM15 Single nucleotide polymorphism marker in ADAM15 gene for diagnosis of meat quality in Hanwoo and method for diagnosis of meat quality in Hanwoo using same marker

The present invention relates to a single nucleotide polymorphism marker (SNP) for the diagnosis of Korean flesh and meat in an ADAM15 gene and a method for diagnosing the Korean flesh and flesh quality using the SNP polymorphism marker. A marker, and a polynucleotide consisting of 10-100 consecutive DNA sequences, or a complementary polynucleotide thereof. Further, the present invention provides a diagnostic method and a diagnostic kit for Korean beef cattle using the SNP marker. Based on this, Hanwoo varieties with superior meat quality can be usefully used for early selection and improvement.
