FIELD: biotechnology.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, molecular genetic diagnostics, veterinary medicine, in particular to a set of oligodesoxyribonycleotides for amplification and detection of species-specific DNA Anaplasma marginale fragment by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in real time.
