The cooking chamber (120) includes a heating element (1710), a wall, an inlet port (1610) formed in the wall, and a cooking chamber fitting disposed adjacent to the inlet port (1610). The cooking apparatus (100) includes a cooking chamber (120), a filter pan (110), a filter pump, and an inlet port (1610) formed in a wall of the cooking chamber (120).
