PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for comprehensively analyzing a cell, the method analyzing the cell without destroying the cell and obtaining the content information of the cell.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method for analyzing a cell, the method comprising the steps of: (A) capturing a cell with a first molecule capable of binding to the cell; (B) binding a second molecule to a cellular surface molecule of the cell, the second molecule having a binding part, which can specifically bind to the cellular surface molecule, an identification part, and a label part, which are linked together; (C) separating the binding part of the second molecule from the identification part and the label part; (D) specifically binding the identification part among the separated identification and label parts to an identification part recognition molecule; and (E) detecting the label part among the label part and the identification part binding to the identification part recognition molecule.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
