PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment apparatus of garlic enabling the treatment by the same treatment apparatus in which there are parasite warming extermination, thermal disinfection of garlic seed potato and black garlic manufacture as a processing object in need of garlic warming heat treatment, however completely different heat treatment conditions are required in this warming processing, and therefore it is conventionally performed by a separate treatment apparatus.;SOLUTION: A heat treatment apparatus of garlic is configured as follows: laterally columns are kept in a treatment chamber body 1; a side plate for connecting this inter-column and mounted in an opening/closing door at a right angle and a vertically moveable moving ceiling board 10 in a space surrounded by an indoor panel wall are provided; a valve plate 13 for restricting airflow is equipped to this moving ceiling board 10; synchronous movement of the air surrounding every one piece of the garlic contained in a container and piled up by an air pressure generated in the lowering/lifting of this moving ceiling board 10 is also performed; and thereby the warming conditions can be made equal in the garlic in all parts.
