PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shop staff management utilization method of supporting a series of operations from generation of a staff working schedule time at a shop to recruiting of a staff.;SOLUTION: A staff working at a shop 11 is registered through staff registration processing on a center processing server 200. A working schedule table is generated through working schedule table generation processing based upon working time application, and the working schedule table is altered on receiving working time change application from a staff, so that the altered working schedule table is transmitted to the staff. Through working actual result totaling generation processing, working hours, the numbers of absence days, and incomes of the staff are totaled by days, days of the week, and years to generate a working actual result table. When a display request is received from a shop terminal or portable terminal, a working actual result table is transmitted to the terminal having made the display request through working actual result table transmission processing.
