PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a store staff management utilization system for supporting a series of works from the creation of a staff work schedule time in a store to the recruit of a staff.;SOLUTION: By the staff registration processing of a center processing server 200, staff members who are working in a store 11 are registered. By work timetable creation processing, a work timetable is created on the basis of working hour application, and when working hour change application is received from a staff, the work timetable is changed, and the changed work timetable is transmitted to the staff. By individual contact processing, attendance confirmation is transmitted on the day before the attendance scheduled date of the staff, and when the contact of a sudden day-off is received, another staff who is able to work instead is searched. By work result total creation processing, working hours, the number of days of absence and the incomes of the staff members are totaled daily, weekly and yearly. By recruit processing, the staff is selected on the basis of the work information of the staff, and the application of a friend of an SNS community 13 to which the selected staff is assigned is accepted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
