PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve further simplification and cost reduction in device structure and also extend facilities.SOLUTION: A centralized management device 10 comprises: connection ports P which are set in one-to-one correspondence to respective air conditioner groups 20 composed of one or more air conditioners, and are used for communicating with the respective air conditioner groups 20; a data processing unit 110 which generates communication data in which connection port numbers for identifying the connection ports P corresponding to the respective air conditioner groups 20 are attached to pieces of transmission information to be transmitted to the respective air conditioner groups 20; and a communication control unit 120 which receives the communication data by communicating with the data processing unit 110, identifies the connection ports P on the basis of the connection port numbers included in the received communication data, and transmits pieces of transmission information included in the communication data to the respective air conditioner groups 20 via the identified connection ports P.
