The invention relates to the multilayer packaging polymeric film with the inner side optimized from the perspective of active action on the object being packaged, for example from the perspective of anti-corrosive, anti-microbial, etc., action. The inner side of this film has a surface tread pattern and, at the same time, the film or at least its inner layer comprises an additive or coating having an active protective effect on the surface of the object being packaged. The additive or the substance exhibiting the active protective effect on the surface of the object being packaged is, in particular, a functional agent selected from a group consisting of anti-corrosive or anti-microbial agents or water or oxygen absorbers. The tread pattern elements on the inside of the film have a shape preventing the entire surface of the object being packaged from sticking to the surface of the inner side of the packaging film, e.g. the shape of pyramids or cones or truncated pyramids or cones.
