The utility model discloses a process of making flavoured rice puff chips as a product that develops and enhances the existing product-well known delicacy in Carcar, Cebu, Philippines. The product is made from dried cooked rice, fried to crunchiness and sprinkled with peanuts. In order to give an existing product a twist, a study was conducted that made the rice puff into chips added with variety of flavours of the product. This utility model will lead entrepreneurs to venture another formulation of rice puff chips giving them more strategies in expanding their businesses. The consumers of the rice puff chip product on the other hand will be not only be benefited with its nutritive value, added palatability and affordability, they will also be offered with variety of options to choose from of the same product line.
