Provided are an electronic tuning device, an antenna and an electronic tuning method, which relate to the field of communications, and can ensure that the electronic tuning device achieves independent electronic tuning for RF signals sent by more RF modules in the case where the number of serial ports on a remote control unit (RCU) is limited. The electronic tuning device comprises an RCU (10), at least one combination unit (11) and a plurality of phase shifters (12) which are connected to the RCU (10); each combination unit (11) is connected to different serial ports on the RCU (10) and at least two RF modules (20), receives an electronic tuning signal sent by one of the RF modules (20) at a moment, and sends the electronic tuning signal to the RCU (10); and the RCU (10) receives the electronic tuning signal sent by each combination unit (11), and drives a first phase shifter (12) corresponding to a first RF module (20) to move according to the electronic tuning signal, so as to tune a phase of an RF signal input to the first phase shifter (12). The electronic tuning device is applied to a scenario of performing electronic tuning on RF signals sent by RF modules (20).
