A method for preparing a coalbed methane hydrate. Coalbed methane forms micro bubbles by means of a gas distributor, enters an inner circulation reactor from the bottom, and has a hydration reaction by being in contact with a low-temperature and high-pressure water flow so as to generate coalbed methane hydrate slurry, and reaction heat is removed by a refrigeration unit. The reactor is provided with an inner circulator so as to form a buoyancy adjusting area, thereby promoting the separation efficiency of a gas-water-hydrate multi-phase system, realizing the fine control over a heat and mass transfer process, and increasing the gas content of a hydrate. Unreacted gas flows through the inner circulator, is then separated from the water and the hydrate, and is recycled back to the reactor; and the hydrate slurry flows through the inner circulator to realize liquid-solid separation, and separately flows in a light phase flow channel and a heavy phase flow channel. The hydrate slurry is discharged into an intermediate storage tank for carrying out gas-liquid and liquid-solid separation; after being concentrated, the slurry is separated to obtain a 'dry' hydrate product; and the separated unreacted gas and low-temperature water are recycled back to a reaction system. The method is capable of continuously, stably and efficiently preparing the hydrate.
